What's Happened?

Our George kid's snow boot would be great except that a toggle that tightens it, could in some cases, come off. Quite clearly this is not on and as we take product safety very seriously indeed we’ve decided that you need to know about this fault.   Thankfully no one has been hurt. 

What You Need to Do?

If you’ve bought a pair then could you please bring them back. In return we will of course give you your money back – you don’t even need your receipt. 

Will This Happen Again?

Don't worry we’ve already had a word with the supplier to make sure it won't happen again.
